Hi Benjamin are you from Capiz? because i came from Capiz but i’ve been living in Canberra Australia for 22 yrs now,
i just visited Roxas City last September, even my kids loves Roxas City especially the baybay beach

I have’nt to Ivisan in 40 years, I have relatives there but I don’t know how to locate them. Our last name is Balbona, I remember my cousin (Erwin) who is currently working in Africa as OFW telling me about Ivisan, but I’ve not heared from him anymore. If someone could help me find my relatives, I would appreciate it. Thanks
